The heart and soul of Mélange are JoJo Sena-Tarnoff and Jeff Tarnoff. They have been composing and performing music together since the mid-1980s. Their original music has been used in film, television, live theatre, and education. The first full length recording of Mélange - CHILD'S PLAY won the New Mexico Music Industry Coalition Award for "Best Songwriting" and the works that followed were no exception and were honored with that award and several others. There are many different musicians that have made up the core of Mélange as they have moved throughout the Southwest, and they're are the finest artists around. Each configuration brings new and exciting twists to the ensemble, and our current lineup is no exception.

We are available as a duo, trio or more depending on the venue and event we are playing. Each of our musicians love their craft and bring their professionalism with them to each and every performance. There is no question that our first love is composing our music. Whether you are producing a film, a play, a radio/tv spot or have a need for original music or sound design, we would love to help!
